Footrest And Ashtray While Driving

Driving a van with a lot of legroom has its perks - for example you can lay down a slave in it to have a comfy footrest and ash-pot during the drive :-D I knead my dirty sneaker feet over his face and T-shirt as I get into the car, then close the door and turn on the engine. He has to eat the bottom of my footwear when I dont need them on the pedals or is simply used as a footrest for my left foot. I smoke a cigarette as I drive down the countryside road and use his mouth as my ash-pot as well!
