Pathetic Boot-kissing Worm

Ive trussed the slaves forearms and feet behind his back - and now he can only budge like the pathetic worm he is! I haul him into the room and order him to commence smooching my boots. The bottom of the boots is fairly effortless, but as he has to work his way up the boot gam, it gets stiffer and tighter for the worm. Of course, I cant fight back to walk around a little and order the worm to go after my boots - he just looks so ridiculous attempting to move without being able to use his hands or feet! Later I also sit down on the ground and order him to lick the deep tread of my boot soles - then get up again and order him to kiss my boots some more!
